Founded in 1991 in the heart of Florence, Italy, Pino's Sandwiches has been serving authentic schiacciata for over three decades. What started as a small

family shop near the Duomo has become a beloved institution—and now, we've brought that same tradition to Los Angeles.

Pino's is passionately run by Pino, his wife Antonella, and their daughter Martina, who help oversee every aspect of our Los Feliz location to ensure the same quality and warmth that made the original shop famous.

What Makes Our Schiacciata Special

Our specialty is the stuffed schiacciata—a traditional Tuscan flatbread that's freshly baked, warm, and perfectly crispy. Unlike typical sandwiches, schiacciata

has a unique texture and flavor that's been perfected over generations in Florence.

We import authentic Italian meats and use time-honored recipes to create sandwiches that taste exactly like what you'd find on the streets of Tuscany. Each schiacciata is made to order, ensuring you get the freshest, most flavorful Italian sandwich

Over the years, our Florence shop became a second home to thousands of American study-abroad students. They'd gather at Pino's between classes, drawn by the welcoming atmosphere and incredible food. Many left their college flags behind

as tokens of affection—flags that still decorate our walls today and tell the story of decades of friendships.

This special bond with American students inspired us to open our Los Angeles location in the heart of Los Feliz. Now, Angelenos don't need to travel to Italy
